Returns and Exchanges

Chloe Rose Boutique will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and is SMOKE FREE, with ALL tags attached, with exception to the following within fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for a full refund:

  • Sale Merchandise
  • Undergarments
  • Swim wear

Upon receipt of goods, Chloe Rose Boutique reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Chloe Rose Boutique does not refund shipping and handling. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Chloe Rose Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Chloe Rose Boutique.

Footwear- Return Policy

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must be returned in the original condition and original box—Chloe Rose Boutique DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR. Damages to or omission of the original box from your return will be sent back to the customer and cannot be processed, as the shoe box is considered part of the product.

Sale Merchandise- Return Policy

ALL sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In Store Returns

You may return merchandise purchased online for a full refund to our store within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Please bring the original invoice you received with your shipment and your merchandise to:

Online Returns

To process a return of online purchased merchandise by mail, you must:
1. Request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by contacting us at returns@chloeroseboutique.com within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

  • In the subject of the message please write: RETURN and YOUR ORDER NUMBER (e.g. RETURN # 1234567)
  • In the body of your message please include your name and which item(s) you would like to return as well as any reason you want to provide.

2. We will email you an RAC within 48 hours (this does not include weekends).

  • Once you have received the RAC, write it clearly and legibly on the original invoice and on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning. This step is required for all returns to ensure that you are properly credited.

3. Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice (with RAC) in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Items must be returned within seven (7) days of the RAC issue. Please note that returns made outside of these timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Chloe Rose Boutique and may only be issued to you as a store credit.

4. Please use an insured service to ship your return (UPS, USPS, FedEx). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Mail all packages to:

5. Returns by mail will be processed within seven-ten (7-10) days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase unless you request a Store Credit. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must RETURN the item to Chloe Rose Boutique and then place a new order. Please follow the Return Process detailed above. To place a new order, please visit our website or call 415-932-6089 for customer service/assistance.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Chloe Rose Boutique makes every effort to ensure each piece of merchandise you receive is perfect and exactly what you want. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at returns@chloeroseboutique.com within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise to arrange a return/refund. In order for us to process this, you must:

  • In the subject line of your message use: Incorrect OR Damaged Items plus your order number (e.g Incorrect OR Damaged Items #123456).
  • In the body of the message please include your name and the incorrect or damaged item(s)
  • We will email you within 72 hours with further instructions.

Once we have received the original item, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Please note: we will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders or damages.

Shipping and Handling

Processing Orders

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order, with the exception of express packages, which will be given priority and in specific cases, go out same day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with the tracking number of your package for your convenience. Please note: All orders received after 5pm Pacific Standard Time or placed on the weekend, will be processed the next business day.

After you have received your order, please take a moment to inspect it carefully for any damages and/or mistakes. Please contact us within three (3) days if the item you received is damaged or incorrect (Please refer to the Incorrect or Damaged Items section under Returns and Exchanges on how to proceed).

Shipping Options

Chloe Rose Boutique uses UPS for domestic delivery. Please see below for shipping options. Please note: The day your order is shipped does not count as a shipping day for UPS Ground shipping.

In-Store Pickup

Chloe Rose Boutique offers the option of picking up your online order in-store at no cost. If you would like to use this feature, please make sure when checking out to select “In-Store Pickup” when selecting a shipment option. Please allow one (1) day for us to process your order. You may call us at 415-932-6089 to make special arrangements if needed. We ask that you bring your confirmation email along with your ID when picking up your online order. All in-store pickups will be located at the following address:

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email update including your tracking number and expected delivery date. PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. In the event that you need to make an address correction please contact us immediately by phone at 415-932-6089 during our customer service hours. Please make sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order. Chloe Rose Boutique cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. If circumstances prevent you from receiving UPS deliveries, please contact us for other shipment alternatives.

Our Privacy Statement

Your privacy is very important to us here at Chloe Rose Boutique.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect some very important information such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. This information is provided to us so we can process and ship your order. We promise to never sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe with us.
Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety, with an encryption key length of 256bit encryption.
*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

 Miscellaneous Information

Sales Tax

Since Chloe Rose Boutique is located in San Francisco, California there will be a sales tax charge to those orders that are being shipped within California. The sales tax will also apply to those orders that will be “In-store Pickups”. As of November 15, 2011 the sales tax rate is 8.50%. PLEASE NOTE: This will be a separate charge on top of shipping costs.

Chloe Rose Boutique accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Sizing Information

Sizing varies from brand to brand and we know how frustrating that can be while online shopping. We will do our best to let you know when an item is running true to size, large or small, so that you can make the right decision when purchasing. If you are unsure about an items fit, we are more than happy to assist you. Please call us at 415-932-6089 during our customer service hours.

In general, our mannequin wears a size XS or 0-2 and a size 26 in denim.
