Every year my parents throw a big 4th O July bash at our house in Lake Tahoe. Any and all friends are invited (the more the merrier) for a weekend of food, booze, & water fun! So today, I am packing up my red, white & blue attire, and headin east to my place of birth to spend the next five days with all my favorite people!! I sincerely wish I could invite everyone, so you all could experience Tahoe on the 4th Olson style! Since I can't, I will be sure to post a few highlights from the weekend.

This little outfit post today is inspired by the completely laid back feel of Tahoe. All you need is a comfy pair of jeans, a tee, a scarf & you are set for fun!

We have a new bff on the street and it comes in the form of pure nutrition! Meet The Juice Shop: A teeny tiny little shop located at 1994 Union Street. But don't let the small size fool you because this place is stocked full with delicious & the most nutrient rich cold-pressed juice's possible.

My personal favorite is the A+ Deep Green. It is sweet & tasty with a fabulous list of ingredients: kale, apple, romaine, parsley, spinach, cucumber, celery + lemon. The Coco Carrot & Pineapple Pear Chia also top the favorites list!

Want to know the best part of our new bff? The people! They are kind, helpful, funny, & genuine + they are passionate about what they are doing! Truly living what they love!

As you all know, I just spent a little over a week in my favorite place in the world, The Big Island of Hawaii. And while I was there, my boyfriend (now fiance!) got down on one knee and proposed on the beach under a big Hawaiian full moon!!!!! We have been together for 3 1/2 years and are absolutely crazy for each other. He truly is the love of my life and I seriously can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him!

Now excuse me while I go and spend the next several months obsessing over wedding blogs! ;)
