Created by two Memphis sisters, Annie Griffin and Robin Gerber just 3 years ago, The Annie Griffin Collection is a women's wear line currently based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Now, found in nearly 100 stores nationwide, this artist turned designer creates colorful, comfortable clothing that she describes as 'perfect for a student transitioning to a career'.

The inspiration behind Ms.Griffin's designs are the vintage looks from the1940s. Notably, that of actress Katherine Ross who 'epitomized the natural all-American beauty'. Feminine and classic, yet versatile and effortless, Annie Griffin uses her education in Fine Arts to choose beautiful fabrics and colors in the most flattering shapes to accentuate a women's body. Her favorite fabric, in fact, is silk crepede chine. The gauzy fabric is soft, elegant and has a nice weight that drapes beautifully.
Younger sister Robin is the retail guru of the duo. She uses her knowledge in fashion marketing to further the brands name, creating the buzz that has undoubtedly made it the success it is today.
